When I was first transferred to Fairfax Hospital, it was the night before my surgery. I was so sick; my vitals were not stable and Maria stayed by my side and did everything possible to make sure I made it thru the night so I could have surgery in the morning. I was in really bad shape. Fast forward 3+ weeks. I had the joy of having nurse Maria again, now that I am feeling 1,000 times better and very close to going home. Once again, nurse Maria has been 100% on top of my care. She goes above and beyond to help her patients. She is very prompt and honest and explains everything in a way I can understand. She has been a wonderful blessing to have as my nurse.
