Maria Malayo was nominated by a patient who felt she was attentive, upbeat and had a very loving bedside manner. The patient felt Maria gave prompt and compassionate care and deeply appreciated her encouragement.
"Maria would tell me how everything would be OK and always gave the bright side to everything. She made two of my nights at Saint Agnes just as awesome as they could be."
The patient was grateful that Maria suggested a regimen when she was experiencing an immense amount of pain. Maria monitored the patient very well, checking on her promptly each time the medicine was due.
