I found out in May 2021 I have Cervical Cancer after 3 years of my battling my husband’s colorectal cancer, I was quite overwhelmed with another cancer to fight. My first chemo treatment I was nervous and scared but Maria made it much better. She is a compassionate person and efficient, she helped me with scheduling and made sure I received extra hydration and nausea meds after having issues my first week. She was on top of every question or need I had. She’s an amazing patient advocate. You can see this isn’t just a job for her. I am on my 5th treatment today and I don’t think I would have gotten through this as easily with such a positive mindset without her. She is Amazing.
