There are some excellent nurses in the ICU, including Senior Professional Nurse Maria Milne. I wish to thank Maria Milne from the bottom of my heart for not only making me feel welcome but safe, too. I am really glad to have met you. You made me feel safe, informed, and cared for. Your preparation, care, and getting to know your patients' needs were exceptional and an example. Thank you.
