Maria Morales is a wonderful nurse but when you put her behind the desk as a relief charge she truly shines. She helps the nurses aides as well as the nurses that are behind. She also gives tips and teaches. She also talks to family on the phone if staff is busy. She is a great example of what a charge nurse is and is a tool, a true asset to the floor. From the great nursing care phenomenal leadership shown when in charge, her wonderful knowledge and diversity are a joy to know and work with . It is not even above her to help clean and organize the whole unit. It is a joy to work with her. She makes my night go by with ease.
