My mom was in the hospital and suffered a sudden cardiac event. Maria Olton cared for her like she was her own mother. She was so compassionate. She comforted me and my father and sister during this trying time.
We unfortunately could not save my mom after all measures were exhausted. When we made the decision to stop life support, Maria came in on her day off to be with us. She brought us breakfast too, knowing we had not left my mom’s side.
She will remain in our hearts always for the care she gave my family. The kindness and generosity she gave to my family and mom gave us a sense of peace at such a difficult time.
We all feel so lucky to have been in Maria’s care.
