She was so kind and caring with the family, ensuring they understood what was going to happen and making sure they got to see the patient before our departure.
I cannot thank this RN enough for all the incredible work you put into this patient! Because of you, they may have a better tomorrow. It was amazing working alongside you at the bedside. Thank you for providing a calm and organized environment, and for all your help with packaging. The patient, family, and air crew were so lucky to have you! Please always keep your bright, contagious personality and never stop doing what you love. You are exactly where you belong!

I am nominating this RN after working closely with her at the bedside. From the moment we stepped on the floor, she kept the aircrew informed and was always available to answer any questions. She was so kind and caring with the family, ensuring they understood what was going to happen and making sure they got to see the patient before our departure. She was able and willing to obtain all the necessary medications in a quick and timely manner, ensuring we were well-stocked for the flight. Although she had a lot going on, she consistently prioritized the needs of the patient and crew. She was so thorough at the bedside, and the patient was so much better because of her. This nurse accompanied us to the helicopter and provided help and support as we prepared to load and lift. She adapted easily and was not afraid to step out of her comfort zone. She is a fabulous nurse, kind, caring, and compassionate. She is a huge asset to the Banner team and deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication. Thank you!
