Maria is the perfect example of a professional nurse. She is skilled, attentive, compassionate, caring, comforting, and understanding. Her attitude toward her job and her patient is exceptional. She made sure I was safe every time I got out of bed. She explained all my medications and was quick to call the doctor if there were any problems. Most of all, she even comforted and explained things to my husband and family who were very nervous and needed reassurance, especially my husband. I truly believe my husband would have had a nervous breakdown because he was very worried. God sent Maria to me and my family as my personal guardian angel. She is a true treasure to this hospital. She made my stay more bearable.
