I would like to share my amazing experience with one of your outstanding if not best, registered nurses who assisted and cared for me at my stay at UC Irvine Health. Miss Sierra went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and well educated on medications for my plan of care during my stay. She was extraordinarily respectful, courteous, kind, and helped calm my nervousness of being hospitalized for unbearable pair and being a brittle diabetic. She was absolutely destined to be a nurse and outstanding healthcare professional. She continuously showed me passion, care, encouragement, and a positive overall mindset to not only think and feel better but to speak it into existence and to keep my spirit up. She spoke, conversed, made me smile, and laugh but overall listened to my every concern and questions on all things like meds I was unsure, unaware or needed more knowledge of. Miss Sierra showed great character, professionalism, and why/how everyone is not a nurse. She has set the bar for a high standard of nurses and your facility should be honored to have her serve and represent you. Miss Sierra will be my main reason to give your hospital the utmost respect and acknowledgment to encourage others to have a safe successful stay in a hospital.
I am personally grateful to have been assisted by such an amazing being, nurse, and now a very respected friend. Miss Sierra is one of a kind and her spirit, character, and passion for her job are unmatched and impeccable. GOD is LOVE, but the care Miss Shiela Sierras has for her patients and work is a Greater Love.
