I am a first-time mom and I feel anxious as a new mother. I have been to two clinics already, and I have seen the treatment and system there and I am far from being satisfied. The third place we went to, was Healthhub Festival City, we were already losing faith and tired from changing clinics, let's just say our expectations are not that high anymore. But, the nurse welcomed and greeted us with such warmth, that I even had to sneak a surprised look at my husband. She was so courteous in speaking with me that it really helped put me at ease. After the first visit, she was prompt with follow-ups and reminders with what we needed to do next, and very patient with our questions and requests. Probably the main thing that I loved about her, was the professional yet friendly vibe she made us feel, and we don't feel intimidated nor hesitant to raise any concerns with her, and I guess that is something that you don't easily find elsewhere- the human touch.
