Nurse Tess is incredibly patient as she took time from her schedule to answer my questions regarding my family member's left-side CHF. She listened attentively and answered everything, and when the patient was curious about Farxiga being used for her condition, Tess was eager to listen to the reasoning given to me by the doctor. When Tess learned the patient was not diabetic and reviewed her finger stick results, she immediately contacted the doctor assigned and put in the order to stop the finger pricks (which is very uncomfortable). Tess made sure the medicine that I brought home went immediately to pharmacy so the patient would get it. The next morning, she was happy to learn about another medication to help CHF patients.
