Maria has treated my mother and myself with such respect and kindness. My mother didn't really feel well the first 7 to 10 days of her admission and Maria's bedside manner was as if she was our family and I certainly appreciate that. I am not a trusting person, especially when it concerns my mother, but Maria easily won me over right away. She could make my mother laugh even when she didn't feel like it. When talking about my mother's care she was always honest and direct as she could be, another quality that I respect. When she was thanked for the things that she did for us and she really went out of her way, she never took the credit. She always shared that with her coworkers on her shift. I will never forget Maria!
