Maria is the manager of the nurses, but she truly is invested in them and their patients. She will pick up areas if the nurses are too busy like walking people or just checking in on care. She is special. I felt she cared for all facets of the team and patients. She is a dedicated leader who always wants to do the right thing and be the best in what she does.
