Vicky consistently demonstrates all the mentioned qualities as Team 2's weekend charge nurse. Each weekend Vicky spends her time running the operating rooms ensuring a safe environment for every patient entering the OR. She is respected by her peers as well as the doctors she assists.

Vicky is an outstanding nurse who gets the job done efficiently and is cost effective. She always put our patients' needs first. She always stays late if cases are running over and stays to help staff when things are not going well. Vicky is a wonderful nurse and deserves this DAISY Award.
