She is so on top of everything! She is a God send! One of the most competent, kind, and empathetic superstars! Reward her generously. I have been in and out of hospitals for a large portion of my life but I have never had a nurse as awesome, wonderful, kind, empathetic, and hardworking! She is a SUPERHERO! She is amazing at workflow and time management; she is the best multitasker. She had so much work to do but handled it all with grace, dignity, and style.
