April 2015 Honoree
mariah selby, BSN, RN
Mariah was one of the main caregivers for my mother. Mariah was a wonderful, compassionate nurse. She took the time to get to know my mother, her family and friends, and tend to her needs. She noticed my mother was getting depressed and asked what would make her happy. My mother said Molly, her dog. Mariah took it upon herself to ask family and friends information about the dog, including calling me out of town. She completed all the papers necessary for the dog to visit, when I came to visit, all I had to do was wash the dog and bring her up.
Thank you, Mariah, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
