My newborn baby needed constant care in an incubator after a difficult delivery and this nurse was very kind and gentle. I felt completely safe and trusted my baby in her care. She deserves an award because she is a special nurse with a special gift for looking after babies. I will never forget how special and cared for, she made me feel.
