From the beginning of Mom’s arrival, Lissa has been amazing. I complimented her on how amazing her bedside manners were. She was very sweet and gentle. She demonstrated a great deal of caring. When my mom’s BP fell, Lissa acted so fast and got help. The Charge Nurse asked me to wait in the waiting room, and when I returned, she was still with my mom, making sure she was ok. She paid attention to every detail and change in her status, big or small. I believe her great skill saved my mom’s life. Thank you, Lissa, you are amazing, they should clone you!
