Marian is an amazing role model, inspiration and exceptional person, colleague and nurse. She excels in everything she does and never feels satisfied unless she gives 120%. She never complains about patient assignments and is always willing to orient new staff or take on a challenge and does so with a smile on her face. Her positive attitude knows no bounds.

She has a never ending willingness to answer questions, volunteer her time and provide support for evidence based practice by being a member of the 8NE Unit Practice Committee. She precepts new nurses with such diligence and continually serves as a positive role model to staff. Her strengths as a preceptor and caregiver are truly a wonderful gift to the patients, families and staff on 8NE.

We are fortunate to have Marian as our co-worker. She is a huge asset to our unit and deserves recognition for her hard work and dedication.
