Marian Wheeler, RN

Marian shared a patient with me. This patient struggled with her appearance as her hair was terribly matted and the patient was obese. I tried during the OT session to assist with hair care but it was a struggle with no hair products. Marian took the time (off the clock) to look into appropriate products and cleaned and brushed her hair fully. This was such a generous and caring gesture to help improve her self-esteem. Marian is a wonderful nurse who looks at the patient fully and is a great advocate for all her patients and their needs.
