Marian Willett is not only the kind of nurse we all strive to be, but the type of friend. She treats everyone with dignity, compassion, and respect. Although she has had very unfortunate events in her own life, she overcame it and comes to work every day with a smile and ready to work. She is always willing to help other co-workers. One of our co-workers had a stroke in 2011 and Marian was there for her through it all, taking her to doctor appointments, helping with daily activities and showing unconditional support. Flaget is extremely blessed to have such an amazing women on staff and those of us that work with her daily are lucky we get to share in her humor, compassion, and knowledge.
