The motivation she has is infectious and the work ethic she displays is inspirational. She always makes herself available to help physically or answer any questions. Our staff deeply feel her presence and elevate the environment to her standard by her example. Marianne exemplifies the meaning of what it means to be a leader; she listens to every concern and ensures every need is met on the floor. She remains calm and collected; she is readily available to her staff with an open door or just a text away at all times. She continually goes to bat for her staff and the unit as a whole. Her leadership style is direct with active feedback, remaining open and approachable.
