Marianne was caring for a patient who needed to find placement in a group home in order to be discharged from the hospital. Being the compassionate and hardworking person, she is, Marianne spent weeks compiling the paperwork to find the patient a suitable place to live. In addition, knowing the patient did not have many personal belongings, she used her own money to purchase clothing, toiletries, and a bag to keep everything together. The patient was very grateful for the generous act of kindness.
