Maribel is not satisfied with just doing her job; she takes it to a special degree because she is very encouraging, professional and an educated person with many humane qualities, who always has a word of praise and encouragement. Always willing to help and that makes things more bearable and manageable. In our case, I live in Mexico and felt very hopeless, vulnerable "unprotected", but meeting Maribel with all her kindness, made me think positively and objectively, and she was always willing to help me. She is special because she empathizes with people. For that reason, I think she should be recognized for her effort and dedication. Despite all the problems that I have had to face, the memory of Maribel will always carry in my mind and heart and I will forever thank her for her kindness and warmth because, in reality, she changed my life in one of my most difficult moments.
