Maricar is a role model for all leaders. She goes above and beyond for patient care, staff satisfaction, and safety. She is very talented and dedicated to her role and responsibilities. Her humility and passion for her profession are outstanding. Maricar always cares for her own staff in PACU as well as in Ambulatory surgery. She leads by example and motivates us to work hard and be the best we can be for this organization. She is very knowledgeable in nursing standards. Maricar is well respected by the staff, physicians, and personnel in other departments. Our unit is blessed to have Maricar as our Leader.
