We were in the ER waiting for my sister’s admission and swab result when nurse Acel came to give pain relief to my sister who was suffering from so much pain at that time. My sister kept on shouting and crying because of pain. My sister had severe psoriasis. Despite the shouting and crying scenes of my sister, Nurse Acel was still there patiently and calmly comforting her while giving medication and trying to explain everything to us. Nurse Acel is indeed so kind and passionate about her job!
