Maricela performed all of my requirements (drawing blood, putting in the IV lines, etc…) efficiently, professionally, and flawlessly. In addition, I had very soiled pants that were removed and disposed of in a plastic bag. However, about an hour later, I realized that my wallet and money clip were still in my pants! I told Maricela this and she immediately sprang into action, disappearing into the hospital. She appeared about 40 minutes later with my wallet and clip. What a relief! I thanked her and offered a reward which she refused. Her extra efforts put me at ease. It was a messy job to retrieve my belongings; Maricela really cares!
