Maricris is a true asset. She is a passionate nurse and it shows each time she enters her patients' rooms and interacts with them. She advocates for her patients and is a great resource to her peers always jumping in to assist whenever needed. She is an excellent example of a Hoag nurse and is a leader on this floor, as she has done relief charge nurse for years. We are lucky to have Maricris on our team.
