Being that my mother is 101 years old and has her wits about her, RN Basilici was able to relate to her in an effective manner, demonstrated no inclination towards ageism, whatsoever, and treated my mother with kindness and compassion as if she were a member of her own family. She is fast on her feet, yet she is focused, follows all protocols and procedures properly, and works cooperatively and collaboratively with team members. Her human relation skills are outstanding and her nursing care if superlative.
