She is compassionate and caring not only to the patients but also to her colleagues. This was evident in the moments when she reached out for additional help, and even her charge nurse came to lend a hand. She spoke highly of care toward helping others as much as helping motivate and encourage her colleagues as a team. Having experienced Marie's warmth on this hospital journey has inspired me as a principal of an elementary school to uplift and encourage my colleagues and teachers more.
