Marie understands patients' and family's needs while also understanding the nursing practice and always willing to help anyone in need. As a coworker, when I did not understand doctor's orders, a particular disease process, or how to go about doing treatments she is always my go-to person. Marie is always willing to help and never too busy. Marie makes sure that she takes care of her patients and is always willing to go the extra mile, whether that is staying for a double shift or coming in on her day off, she is one of the best and smartest coworkers I've ever seen.
