I am recognizing Marie Culver not only as a staff member but mostly as a family member.
One morning, I found my papa coded in the room on 6M. Marie was one of the nurses who responded. She found me crouched on the floor in the hall having a panic attack. She took me into the conference room and stayed with me until I was ready to go see my papa.
She held my hands and prayed for my family and me. That day is one I will never forget, and that moment will always be held dear to my heart during such a tragic time.
