Mrs. Fleurima is by far the most skilled, professional, kind, patient, energetic and smart nurse. She has been taking care of my mother for the past two days, and I cannot thank her enough for managing every aspect of my mother’s care. It is so complicated because my mother has a post orthopedic surgical infection — it was raging when she was first admitted. 
   
My mother was in real danger, given the extraordinary danger of Infection spreading to the bloodstream. Mrs. Fleurima worked with such intensity and took the situation’s gravity and made sure my mother’s medications were all flowing and, at the same time, dealing with my 91-year-old mother’s personality and nervousness. For the first 24 hours, my mother was very confused, and I watched this incredible nurse. Keep my mother calm while she dealt with all of the complex medical needs to improve her grave situation.
   
This is a nurse who truly gives respect, a listening ear, and a watchful eye, all while doing her core job of getting my mother healthy while fighting the infection that was threatening her life. 
   
I also want to add that Mrs. Fleurima was so kind to all of us family members and did not in any way exclude us from the process. Mrs. Fleurima is not above or below anything. She did not hesitate to do everything from review and figure out the therapeutics and medicines, and make sure of interactions, possibly being issues, and she also took the time to make sure that she went with my mother to the bathroom when she thought that my mother would fall. 
   
She is a rockstar, and deserves to be acknowledged.
