I am writing this letter to give my highest recommendation for Marie Lourdes Dolce Jean. Marie is an excellent addition to the student nurses participating in clinical at Baptist Health South Florida. On 5 Clarke, as a student RN shadowing staff nurses, demonstrates a can-do attitude, is motivated to learn, and is eager to help the team. She has been a helpful asset to my unit and demonstrates a strong interest in the field of nursing. Marie always arrives at our unit with a cheerful disposition and a caring attitude. She puts forth a strong effort to participate and help where needed. If Marie sees an opportunity to help our team, she offers to jump in and help right away and does so with a smile. She is always enthusiastic to help and be part of the team. She has spoken to me often about her desire to become a staff nurse. In my opinion, Marie not only has the aptitude to be a nurse but the personality and drive that will help her excel at nursing school.
