Marie shows intense attention to detail which is so critical in preemie care. Yesterday she asked me if I was pumping my breast milk every hour and I said no. I asked why and she showed me the labels on the breast milk I had written and made two date/time errors. I'm so exhausted and if she had not caught my mistake the precious milk I spent hours pumping would have been thrown out leaving me devastated and my preemie eating formula. Marie just noticed the discrepancy as part of the beginning of her shift. She investigated and helped me fix it. She is amazing and my family is so grateful. Marie takes care of my baby every other night and has for over six weeks This is just a tiny example of her amazingness.
