My husband Henry was brought to the hospital because he had fallen several times and needed a pacemaker. At that time, he was very confused and anxious. When I wasn't with him, he was very difficult to handle and would not eat.

One morning when I arrived late to his room, I found Mimi feeding him. She told him she had cooked a special just for him and would be sad if he didn't eat some, so he did. This is just one of the many things that she did to make him feel secure and calm.

There wasn't just one incident. She did many more and I didn't worry about him when I wasn't there.
