Ms. Wilson is an excellent nurse leader who leads by integrity and compassion. She is approachable and very knowledgeable in providing guidance and resources for her team. She is an accessible nurse leader who provides guidance and support to the team when questions arise. Ms. Wilson is also a strong advocate for the team when it comes to support. She is accessible and welcomes open discussions with the team. Ms. Wilson was a strong patient's advocate in making sure patient's voices are being heard. She has led a successful 2024 Black Maternal Health Week in April. Additionally, she collaborated with different discipline and led the 2024 Gotham Health's Inaugural Black Maternal Health Forum.
