Marie Providence BSN, RN is a Psychiatric Nurse at Woodhull Medical Center in Inpatient Psychiatry. At a young age, Ms. Providence was inspired to become a nurse. Her journey started as a Psychiatry Technician at Bellevue Hospital. While working at Bellevue, she enrolled and completed her LPN training at Sierra Allied LPN program and afterward, worked as an LPN at Atrium Nursing home from 2018 to 2020.

Ms. Providence went on to pursue both her Associate in Nursing degree and Bachelor of Nursing Degree consecutively at Ideal Nursing School and Chamberlain University.

She has been part of NYC H+H/Woodhull’s Behavioral Health Nursing team since January 2022. Ms. Providence is enthusiastic, reliable, self-motivated, responsible, and a compassionate, caring nurse. She regularly expresses gratitude for all of the opportunities afforded to her, and she prides herself on being a team player and providing the best care for her patients.
