Marie demonstrated caring and compassion when she treated my mom and me respectfully; she listened to and respected my needs and the information my mom provided. Marie empathized with my discomfort and did everything she could to help me feel better. She demonstrated integrity in such a way that I knew I could trust that she did it when she said she would do something or get something for me. Marie was creative in finding solutions to help me feel better and prevent my IV from messing up. She helped my mom and me to understand how the medicines were helping and encouraged me along the way so I could get better. One more thing: Marie was punctual and never seemed bothered to have to attend to my calls - she responded or came every time and kept me informed on everything related to me.
