Marie deserves recognition for going beyond the call of duty in providing extra-ordinary care. I met Marie the day after I was admitted for bedrest. She was so bright, cheerful and positive, not to mention - very attentive. She immediately noted the discomfort my husband and I had with the small room and my uncomfortable bed. She found us and moved us to WP/3 with a very cheerful attitude as neither myself or my husband had complained. She was consciously taken me into account when making rounds. She has a great attitude and a desire to provide quality and effective care. I asked for her to be my labor & delivery nurse because of her wonderful display of compassion in fulfilling her role as a nurse. I pray her compassion becomes contagious among the unit. Thanks Marie.
