Tica Ramsey's not only a great nurse, but she also has a neat personality and a sense of humor. It's easy to see she loves her job and loves being a nurse. She's very concerned with patients' needs, always making sure they are comfortable, not hurting, and if she can do things for them. We know she has a lot of responsibilities, but she never appears under stress or in a hurry when attending patients.
The day his IV came out, Tica stepped in to work with an assistant to get everything back in order. She helped my husband with his shower as she was very concerned about his oxygen level while in the shower. She helped him a lot. Always checking IV's, she's a great nurse. She's a keeper, like what makes Banner great.

Truthfully there was not a single thing that stood out. It was the "TOTAL" care and help that Tica exhibited during the two days she spent with me. She explained everything to the tee and made sure I understood clearly. I have been hospitalized many times and Tica outshines them all!
