A family member phoned trying to find their loved one. Due to covid restrictions, family and visitors were not permitted. The patient had been discharged and transferred out. Due to Marigold’s stellar charting, the patient was easily located, the facility was found, and the family was phoned back and updated on the new location, phone number, and status of their loved one.

Today again, Marigold, caring for covid patients, had a daughter stop by the nurses' station to ask if flowers and a photo would be delivered to her mother who again could not have visitors due to covid. Marigold took the patient down to the room, let the daughter stand outside of the door, and watched through the window just so they could see and share love through the window. The daughter was ever so appreciative and the patient was too.
