I would like to nominate a truly compassionate leader. MariJane consistently gives 110% day in and day out. Her positive attitude is infectious-when problems are brought, she always looks for the right decision, not the easy one. Her passion for patient safety and experience shows in all she does. She challenges those who look up to her to be and do better just by her constant coaching and encouragement. She leads by example in all that she does from major role changes to a simple answering of a call light to help a patient.
