Marika Neto, RN
Marika is the assistant nurse manager on the PM shift. During these Covid times, Marika steps in where needed with helpful reminders for safe patient care. She does so without judgment or ridicule. She quietly reminds us of our need for PPE and strives to keep us all safe.
She shows compassion on a daily basis. She truly listens to what we have to say and tries to help make things right. She goes above and beyond as an ANM and I so appreciate her. I can assure you that many of my co-workers also think that Marika is a true role model and we love working with her.
I have worked at Kaiser for 33 years and I have seen many assistant nurse managers, but Marika stands out above all. She has truly been a pleasure to work with and is most deserving of this recognition.
