Marikah Gill, RN

Marikah is the preceptor for the nursing pool at the Rehabilitation Institute of Michigan. She received four nominations for the DAISY Award in 2022. She was described as very helpful, a team player, having a positive attitude, always professional, and ready to take on any challenge. Marikah works equally well with other RNs and PCAs. Team members said that they enjoy working with her and that she always "goes over and beyond." They also mentioned how hard she works to keep her patients safe and that she remains professional even when dealing with difficult tasks.
