Bap was awesome! She was so caring and attentive with my father being very nervous and tense. She spent time explaining his meds, tests, and procedures, ensuring he understood what was going to occur. Her communication about all that was being done to my dad was great; she listened to all his questions and concerns. She felt like she really cared about us being so sweet and friendly to all of us. Bap also reminded my mom to rest and eat. She made my dad and the rest of us feel more comfortable and a little less scared. She also spoke highly of her coworkers and relief nurses. Bap is one awesome lady!
