Being a cancer unit, you must have compassionate nurses that go above and beyond the role of a nurse. Marilou is one of these nurses. She is always providing not only patients with compassionate carebut also their families. She is respectful to everyone that meets her. She started her experience here at St. Joes in Tower 6 and has stayed here. This shows how committed she is to our patients. Although this floor can be challenging, she faces the challenges and moves forward with a positive attitude. She also precepts many of our new nurses and teaches them how to be as caring and compassionate as she is. Thank you, Marilou, for your hard work and commitment.
