Marilyn was patient explaining the procedure for what my wife was about to undergo. She made my wife comfortable and reassured with the care given. Given that my wife was unprepared for her procedure, my wife was calm and unstressed about the entire procedure. Marilyn has been a steady foundation as I remember her from my own service here before and in my wife's earlier experience in this department. I think she is a fantastic representative of Queen's Hospital services.
