My dad, on the day of his discharge, did not have the order written on his chart by the doctor he needed to have for home. Marilyn called the doctor numerous times, was placed on hold numerous times and she did not give up trying to get through. This also was done for an order to get take a shower as well. She also looked into getting physical therapy visits for my dad at home. She is amazing!
