Marilyn was not just nominated once or twice, not three times..... but FOUR TIMES this quarter!
Marilyn was nominated by the Neuro/Care 19 team and another employee just for being an awesome and amazing leader, making sure that her staff gets a chance to eat during their shift and making them laugh!
Marilyn was also nominated by a doctor who said the following:
"I have had the honor of working with Marilyn for the past 2 years. She is patient and quietly goes about her charge duties. She easily assesses situations and suggests opportunities for improvement where needed. There have been times where she has stayed late for her staff or other ANMs to help them with their duties and makes transitions as smooth as possible by ensuring communication does not get lost! She is gentle with patients and their families and treats everyone with respect. Thank you, Marilyn, for the compassionate care and dedication you show to our patients and staff!"
Marilyn was also nominated by a patient who said the following:
"My husband was a COVID patient for 3 weeks. Since day one the care and help he received have been extraordinary. He is getting a little bit better every day, but it is not an easy process. Marilyn went beyond her duty to help not only caring for my husband but keeping me informed, she even gave me her personal cell number so I could call with any questions! All the staff were angels and I am grateful for everyone who was part of his care. God Bless you!"
